The Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo
The Q Revo is a fantastic option if you're looking for a robotic vacuum and mop that is priced in the middle. It offers a great mopping experience but lacks the advanced features of its more expensive sibling.
In tests, it was able remove pet hair and dry oats out of carpets with a medium pile. But, unlike cheaper models, it doesn't employ LIDAR to determine the layout of your home.

The iRobot Roomba S9+ is one of the top-rated robot vacuums. It has impressive cleaning power and a variety of features such as the self-emptying dirt container built into its charging base. The robot will learn your cleaning habits, and suggest automated schedules that will give you the ultimate hands-free cleaning experience.

You can select a general clean that prioritizes cleaning up larger debris like rice and cereal, or opt for two thorough maps of your home to ensure that your entire home is properly arranged.
This robot vacuum performs well both on bare floors and carpets with low pile. It sucks up large items and does not lose suction as fast as some other models and can clean up pet hair without difficulty. It has a difficult time with plush or high-pile carpets however, iRobot promises that the next models will be better.
The S9+ features a new design from iRobot, which is focused on enhancing corner and edge cleaning. It's the first Roomba to adopt a flat-fronted, D-shaped design, which will allow it to be able to swaddle furniture and walls. It's a great improvement over the traditional hockey puck shape of robovacs, but we discovered it to be only incrementally better than circular models.
iRobot also claims the S9+ has an improved filtering system that stops tiny dust particles and allergens from circulating in your home. We think it's a nice statement however, it's not enough to justify a premium price.
Its intelligent navigation system makes use of sensors to store the arrangement of your home and vSLAM to map the interior of your home. It can then clean your entire home efficiently by avoiding obstacles such as stairs and other barriers. The iRobot Home app lets you control the robot and set cleaning times, and establish virtual boundary markers, so it is aware of areas that require extra attention.
2. Roborock Q Revo
When it comes to robots that combine vacuuming and mopping the Roborock Q Revo stands out. Its vacuum settings are just as good as those found on more expensive models. The mopping system is even better because its spinning pads scrub floors more efficiently than an ordinary pad that vibrates.
It's only downside is the absence of a second brush to allow for more thorough cleaning. However, it's not a problem if you want to own one of the best robots available. The dust tank on the robo-vac is bigger than most of its competitors. Filling it up only takes two or three cycles, even when you've got the most dirt.
For the mopping device, I was amazed by its ability to scrub the tough dirt off my floors. Its two lowest mopping modes that are less aggressive than the high-powered ones, create minimal noise, allowing you to work or watch television without interruption. If it comes across the wall or a furniture piece it gently bumps into it before moving forward.
The Q Revo is unique in that it operates almost completely on its own, with no user involvement. The robo-vac comes with a multi-function dock that automatically moves physical trash to the bin hidden in the background and cleans and drys the mop pads and refills its clean water tank. The app is capable of nagging you only when something is in need of attention, like the water tank that is running out of clean or a scheduled vacuuming session being cancelled because of a full dust bin.
You can also design and merge actual rooms to customize the way that Q Revo treats your abode. This feature is helpful if you have different flooring in different areas of your house or if you need to regularly get rid of clutter like toys, clothes, and books. The robo-vac is also very efficient and was among the top performers during my tests, removing debris from both carpets and hardwoods on the first pass. It can even clean up spills that are wet however I would recommend drying them using a clean cloth before bringing the robot in.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni
The X2 Omni is a premium robot mop and vacuum combo that comes with all the features you could need. Similar to the iRobot Roomba S9+, it is a top-quality vacuum with a powerful suction to clean carpets and hard floors, as well as the mop's rotating design that can scrub tough stains. It also comes with a self-cleaning station that automatically washes and cleans the mop pads to keep them fresh and ready for reuse. It also comes with a brand new sensor system that better recognizes obstacles, giving it the ability to avoid falling over furniture or other objects.
The most notable improvement to the ECOVACS X1 Deebot is its sleeker, modern design. This is due to Danish company Jacob Jensen Design, best known for their Bang & Olufsen product line. While still quite massive--it's nearly two feet in height and depth and weighs almost four pounds--the entire robot and its base are much smaller than the Roborock Q Revo or iRobot J7.
This version is more efficient than the X1 because it charges more quickly and cleans 1,500 square feet in a single charge. It also has a bigger and more durable dustbin that can hold more debris. This makes it easier to empty.
The X2 Omni also has a more natural voice assistant as well as an app that works even when you're not at home. It also comes with a smart routing feature that allows it to clean specific areas or rooms of your home, instead of following a predetermined path.
The X2 Omni is the best robot at mopping. Its rotating mop pads scrub away tough stains, and its motor generates a lot of downward pressure. Its vacuuming capabilities are excellent too, and it boosts suction when it detects carpets to ensure that it does the job well. It also has a huge battery that can last for weeks between charges and its mopping mode is as effective as the ones we've seen on the market for a consumer robot.
4. Dreametech L10s Ultra
The Dreametech L10s Ultra robot mop and vacuum is a top-quality model that comes with a variety of features that aren't typically found on robots of this price. It can create detailed floor maps and identify various flooring types. It's also among the few robots that automatically clean and dry its mop pad. These features are nice but they also make the L10s more of a luxury category. This might make it more expensive than what homeowners would need.
It is designed to look like a contemporary floor cleaner, the L10s Ultra is a tall and slim device that has an elegant white finish accented by mirror-plated silver elements. The front of the machine has an impressive bumper that protects the furniture and vacuum cleaner when you are moving around your home. In the pane in the front is an additional navigation technology in the form of sensors that aid the L10s Ultra navigate tight corners and avoid obstacles.
On the top, you'll find one button that basically is a switch for on and off. The button will activate the vacuum. If you click it again, it will turn it off and transmit it to its base station. The central control panel is the circular menu which allows you to select cleaning modes as well as schedules and preferences. The left and right buttons below the screen will bring up the app's settings menu where you can alter how the L10s Ultra interacts with your home.

Its mops are efficient, clearing 98.4 percent of the debris that was found on our wood, tile and carpet tests. It was not as efficient at removing sand from the hard floor or quaker oats from the carpet.
